We read a text about Laughter last week.I agree with this idea : ''Laugher is the best medicine for your heart'' I think, there are a lot of benefits of laugher. Because , Laugher is very important for our life.Firstly, I am always smiling. If I feel bad, I can try to smiling. I believe,when your heart is heavy and your mind is running wild with emotions and worries, laughing can be far from you. Secondly,If you feel good yourself, you can be happy. Laughter, along with an active sense of humor, may help protect you against a heart attack.In my opinion, The recommendation for a healthy heart may one day be exercise, eat right and laugh a few times a day. :)
YanıtlaSilOur last topic was "Laughter Really Is Best Medicine".I totally believe that.In my opinion, if everyone laughs , the world can be bearable than now.First of all, According to researches, they found benefical things for our body.I think all of the researches are realistic.Like when I feel sick, I try to feel good and I believe in my sickness can clear up easily,and everyone should that.Secondly,laughter can prevent most of the diseases.It can help our mind and heart.For this reason, we can feel good when we laugh.My advice is that if you want to feel good , you should laugh at least 50 times in day.
YanıtlaSilThis week we read ‘‘Laughter Is the Best Medicine for Your Heart ’’ and ‘’Laughter Really Is Best Medicine’’. Both of them main idea are ‘laughter is good for people healthy’. According to researchers, 50 percent participants did not have heath disease. I agree with researchers and their result. Sense of humor cannot prevent heart attack, but sense of humor can decrease heart attack risk. Michael Miller says ‘’we could perhaps read something humorous or watch video and try to find ways to take ourselves less seriously’’. I agree with him. Laughter Yoga is realistic and we made a test in our class with Seda Öztürk. After the test, I feel relaxing. It makes me happier. According to text, Laughter Yoga decrease blood pressure. I do not agree this think, but I searched on the internet it is correct. I have got to agree this think because I trust real researcher.
YanıtlaSilLaughter is the best and most important thing for our heart. The istatistics Show that happiness protect the human heart. Laughter do not only protect heart but also helps to protect business life , sexual life, and family life. When people laugh , they forget all bad thing and also they are relaxing .Therefore, heartbeat is slow and regular. In this way, human body may prevent heart attack risks.For example ,researchers compared 300 people then they asked some questions like ‘’ How often do you laugh in day ? ’’ and all result shows heart attack related to laughting.To sum up laughing is natural medicine and source of our life.
YanıtlaSilAccording to me; smiling is the best medicine. When people are unhappy, they do not smile or they do not want to see smiling people around them. It's a wrong situation. I want to see happy people when I feel worried. Smiling and laughing is the best medicine for the heart and soul. It can be considered even as a therapy. I do not give up laughing, it's inevitable for me. It's a kind of therapy. After 50 years I can be a smiling, cheerful grandmother. This will be a great medicine for me , this will also cheer the people up :)
YanıtlaSilWe read a text that tells relationship between Laughter and heart.I agree with this text ,and ı read something about it.I think it is true.When you smile ,your heart grows stronger.A baby laugh about 1000 times every day.This is healthful for them or an other example is smiling therapies.According to a famous researcher, muscles of face and heart influence each other with hormones.Therefore if you run ,and can't breathe enough , your face strains.An other benefit of laughter is feel good.This is known by people for long time.Think,if a your friend is sad, you try to laugh him or her.You don't know why you do this , but you believe this makes him or her happy.
YanıtlaSilFirst of all,I learned something about laughet is the best medicine for our heart.I think about this text is very useful for healty informations because this text is very important for our lives.I think laughter is an enjoyable and good thing.According to text,laughter may protect us from heart disease.If people are laughter,they will live more than people are no laughter.I belive it is realistic.For example,some people are smile to other people everytime,and they live more than,but some poeple live dourly,they don’t live more than.Also,some poeple research this topic such as Michael Miller.I talk about Michael Miller,briefly he says,he doesn’t know yet why laughing protects the heart,but he knows that mental stress is associated with impairment of the endothelium.I totaly agree with the results of the researchs.In addition,when we finished this text in last lesson,we applied this way.We laughed together,and we felt very relaxing.It was good for us.Finally,I think sense of humor can prevent heart attack,but I don’t have any information,it is just in my opinion.As a result,we want to live a good life,we always laugh everybody.:)
YanıtlaSilSports and healthy eating are important for our life but sometimes they can be boring. Some healty foods are not delicious or some sports are hard for people.However if we want healthful heart and life we must do some activities. One of them and most simple one is laughter.Laughter is more important fo our life. When I read the text,I was surprised because in my opinion if food is healthy probobly it is tasteless and boring but laguhter is enjoyable and important medicine for heart. I like laugh and I want healthy heart. For these reason I want to laugh frequently.To sum up, if we want healthy heart we should eat healty foods,avoid smoking ,and laugh constantly

According to text and according to studies on text laughter is protect heart attack.Researches indicate that fact.Is it possible? Why not? Maybe so.I belive that power of laughter on heart attack.Because, I have some causes for that.For example, after the laugh or during the laugh generally I feel relaxing, happy, walk on air.And I know all of them good feelings for heart.Text include of Michael Miller's thoughtsö and studies about that situation.One of the his studies has shown, people with heart disease had more anger and hastility than people without heart disease.That researches back up to topic.Finally, he give some advice to protect heart attack may one day be exercise, eat right, and laugh a few days.

However, experts recognized a reason for this is not yet. Stress limits the blood flow to the heart, blood vessels compacts previously proved by many studies. This new research confirms that laughter expands blood vessels. Circulation during the acceleration of laughter and heart disease risk factors that cause blood vessels to reduce the expansion.People would be a relief for muscles get softer as a result of laughter.I think we should laugh and rose least 15 minutes in a day for healthy life.

YanıtlaSilPeople laugh generally when they are happy and cheerful.First of all when people laugh , their brains remember that they are happy and it says "oo I am laughing than i should be happy" and then they excrete different chemicals,so this chemicals make us happy.Secondly, laughing a lot reduces stress level and your body be less damage. alot of doctor suggest to you that when you are stressful , you should laugh to reduce your stress.Finally according to a lot of cardiologists, if people laugh , their hearts is massaged be our lungs. So, Our cardiac rhythms be in order and risk of heart attack reduce.As a result, laughter is the best medicine for our heart.If we want to a healthy life, we should laugh all the time , even if it's without reason.
This weak we read ''Laughter is the best medicine for your heart''.I agree with this passage because can a laugh every day protect our healht.People who laugh a lot will be more happy and healthy.Doctors trying to understand why laughing prevents heart attacks.According to doctors, ''mental strees is associated with impairment of the endothelium, the protective barrier lining our blood vessels''.Therefore, laughing keeps the heart attack.In addition, people who laughing less will be more depressing.They will increase the their chance of having heart attack.Heart disease is the number one killer in the world.Therefore, people should more laughing and realaxin.
YanıtlaSilThis week we read interesting and important reading text. We know that exercising, not smoking, and eating foods low in saturated fat will reduce the risk of heart disease. Laughter is a great thing. That's why we've all heard saying " Laughter is the best medicene." there is strong evidence that laughter can actually improve health and help fight with disease. We could perhaps read something humoruos or watch a funny video and try to find ways to take ourselves less seriously. Laughter helps our blood vessels function better. Finally, thirty minutes of exercise three times a week and 15 minutes of laughter on a daily basis is good for the heart.
