A healthy Diet is the most important thing for everybody. First of all, people don’t eat healthy foods nowadays because most of people work until the evening, so they are tired. For this reason, people don’t prepare food for themselves, so they prefer fast food. In addition to these, especially, younger people eat fast food much because they stayed outside until the evening, so they eat them. Therefore, most of younger people are fat than in the past. Furthermore, there is a important question for everybody. That is “Why Do I Eat When I’m Not Hungry? “ There are some reasons for it. For example; when people have a lot of stress or they feel bored, they want to eat something. This situation is too dangerous for people because uncontrolled nutrition leads to obesity. However, poeple should eat healthy food, such as vegetables, fish, fruit or dairy product , for healthy life. As a result, people should eat healthy food in each case for their lives.
YanıtlaSilAccording to this passage healthy diet is one of the best important things in our life.We must eat more vegetables fruits and cut down eating meats slowly.Many people tried to be healthier so they eat less meats for example japans.I think they don’t have relish.I want to eat with full enjoymant whatever I eat.That is important for me .I never eat what I hate for example I hate brocholies and I never eat it( god forbid that ) Unfortunately all the delicious foods are unhealthy such as hambuger ,kebap and desserts.They have bad affects for our body for example if you eat them too much you will have heart disease or cancer.Because they block up your veins so ıf you eat them too much you will have heart attack then you will die (bad end).If you want to live a long and healthy, you must tryto eat less meat and more vegetables . I want to ask that why the all delicious foods have to be unhealthy??!!
YanıtlaSilI agree with Emin. All delicious foods are unhealthy. It's very bad thing. All of them cause health problems such as heart disease high blood pressure... I know to have a healthy life really important, but if I can't eat whatever I like I prefer to live shorter. I believe many people think like me, they know eveything about healthy diet and unhealthy foods but they still eat unhealthy foods.
YanıtlaSilIn this week, we read two really useful passages about healthy food and diet. The first passage has some necessary information. First of all, it mentions 'what kind of food is healthy or what kind of food isn't healthy. 'I think, it is very important issue because many people don't know which food is healthy or is harmful. Another important issue is diseases. Much harmful food causes diseases, such as cancer, or heart disease and so on. For example, in the US, many people have these diseases because they have unhealthy diets. Therefore, they want to change their diets. Besides, there are a lot of beneficial organizations about healthy diets in the US. On the other hand, many Far East countries have healthy diet, so they live longer than other countries' people.
YanıtlaSilThe second passage refers 'why do we eat when we aren't hungry?' I think, it is very other important issue too because many people eat for no reason. In this paragraph, there are some reasons of this subject. When I read this passage very first time, I thought about myself because I eat even I don't have any reasons.
Also, I have a healthy eating habit. I generally eat vegetable in weekdays, and in the weekends, I eat grill fish or meat. Besides, I rarely eat junk food, such as hamburger, chips some think like that. Consequently, I believe that if we have a healthy eating habit, we can live long time like Japanese. :)
In my opinion,we read two beneficial passages about healthy life and diet this week.I think diet is one of the most significant things in or lives because foods affect our lives.I have a diet,so I try to eat healthy foods such as veggies,fruits,grains,and so on.I sometimes eat fast food,but I try to eat less.People may eat junk food,but they shouldn't eat too much.These foods can cause some health problems.By the way,I learned some interesting information from the passages.Author gives us really beneficial advices.Actually,If we follow these book's advices,we can lose weight because we always read passages about foods:)(especially,Great Paragraphs 2).

We should eat fruit , vegetables , grains , dairy and meat to be healthy . Although vegetable are healthy , they are tasteless . If you want to healthy life , you must eat healthy food. :)
YanıtlaSilWe read two texts which are “ A Healthy Diet for Everyone” and “ Why Do I Eat When I’m Not Hungry”. In my opinion these texts are really good texts because the author gave some information about a healthy diet and in first text he mentioned the USDA which is the United States Department of Agriculture. It has prepared a food guide to help people learn about which types of food are the healtiest to eat. According to passage, there are six groups of food. Five of these groups are meat, dairy, grains, fruit, vegetables, and last group is fats,sweets, and oil. I think, it is useful for people all over the World.In second text, the athor mentioned why we eat something altough we are not hungry. For example, when we are bored, we eat something, or when we have a lot of stress, we eat something again. Tos um up, I learned from these paragraphes there are lots of reasons to eat something, and if we want to keep our health, we are careful about this situation.
YanıtlaSilI think, cities became crowded and people became to work hard. They don’t allocate time for themselves. Therefore, they don’t consider their health and they eat easy to make meals. So they became unhealthy individuals. I guess, there is no problems with people who are eat harmful foods. There is a problem with system. People have to work hard for survive. For example, ıf a person works 16 hours in a day he has to eat hamburger or snack foods. On the other hand, fruits and veggies are really healthy foods, but mass media shows us ‘you must eat fast food’ and we eat fast food. Finally, a healthy life is very difficult.
YanıtlaSilIn my opinıon, this week's lesson was very exciting and enjoyable. “ Why Do I Eat When I’m Not Hungry?” this text is very realistic. I agree with text because { I have a lot of stress and tv makes me want to eat } these subject look like my life. as if the author had told me in this text.However, I don't agree author's idea about when someone is really thirsty who eat something. This idea doesn't look like me. In addition, we try to read a book when we feel hungry.
YanıtlaSilI think,everyone have to make diet for healthy life.People don't have to eat junk foods.Also,people have to eat foods three meals.However,People have to exercise after meal.Especially,people avoid fatty foods.Unfourtunately,I eat junk foods every time such as everyone.Doctors suggest eat a lot of fruit or vegetables.I agree with doctor but I don't do that.We don't eat anything after 7:00 pm.You can eat fruit when you don't hungry but absolutely,you eat fatty foods.For example,EAT A LOT OF CHOCALATE
YanıtlaSilThis week we read two texts about healthy diet and life. In my opinion, they are really informational. Some foods that include lots of oil and sweet isn’t consumed. I think fast foods are delicious but we should eat vegetables, dairy, meat and fruit. In Turkey, children consume lots of fast foods. This situation is really unhealthy because healthy foods are important to them. Nowadays, fast foods are very common. The reason is that work. Think that, a woman works until evening. She comes her home triedly so she prefers to eat fast foods. As a result of these people are getting fat day by day. Second text tells of me because I always eat chocolate when I’m bored or I have a lot of stress. In brief, you avoid unhealthy food, you have healthy life.
